There are many different types of felt and also specifications.
Our standard specification is an elastomeric system with a mineral surface finish and carries our standard labour and materials guarantee of 15 years. This system, installed correctly by us, has a life expectancy of 30 years plus. We also do upgrades of our standard system, offering a 20 year guarantee.

We offer a decking/re-decking service as part of any roofing/re-roofing works.

We can also introduce insulation as part of the roofing works. This comes in various forms, offering different thermal properties and is specified uniquely for each individual job. On some jobs where there is a problem with standing water, a tapered insulation system can be introduced, upgrading the existing insulation while creating falls to eliminate ponding.

Felt roofing can be used on sloping roofs as well as flat.

Felt shingles can be used instead of slates on lightweight roof constructions or where the slope is fully boarded
