Asphalt has been cut back and concrete slabs gunned out to level

Armco had to be removed and concrete plinth cut out to enable expansion joint to be fitted in one piece.

Armco was replaced on completion

Stainless steel, single piece, expansion joint body is fixed onto expoy resin bed.

Membrane is installed ready for waterproofing

An asphalt roofing coat has been layed under membrane and also over membrane completely encasing it. Note how ends of concrete plinth have been asphalted.
